Troy Area Rug NP526 GREY GREEN

A rug I'd bought elsewhere ended up way too small for the dining room because I was guessing from a product shot. This time the room photos and the preview feature showed me exactly how much floor the rug would cover.

The pile is a touch thinner than I'd guessed from the pictures, though the colors and the stated 4x6 size are dead on. It's been under the desk chairs in our home office since March, a medium amount of wear, and there's no fraying or flattening to report.

I've had rug orders from other companies go wrong and then sit in email limbo for days. Here, when my rug came with a defect, a real person got back to me within a couple of hours and walked me through the fix.

If I have a complaint, it's that the variety makes it hard to stop. Four rugs now. The color options alone run from muted sage to a deep saffron I didn't think anyone made, and the patterns go from tribal to plain stripe. Dangerous for someone who likes a different look in every room.

I used the contact form late at night and had a helpful response when I checked my inbox the next morning. Easy interaction from beginning to end.

I have spent more weekends than I care to admit measuring furniture and looking for a rug that isn't quite standard sized. This was the first place where I could actually choose the proportions I wanted.
