At this point my family jokes that I have a rug problem. I've ordered from here more times than I can count and somehow each one turns out to be exactly what the room needed. Two coworkers and my neighbor have bought here on my say-so.

Asked by email whether a runner can be trimmed shorter, and a rep named in the signature wrote back within a day with a clear no and a better suggestion.
