Previous online rug purchase stayed lumpy for a month. This one had a few creases out of the box that were nearly gone by the following day, no steaming or furniture stacking needed. It's got a soft, dense pile and the green reads richer in person than on screen.

No shipping charge, and the rug landed four days after I paid. Had been told six to seven weeks elsewhere, so that's the whole reason I switched.

Ours arrived clean, dry, and with the edges protected. It was refreshing not to find scuffs or loose threads when we opened the package.

I was only comfortable pressing 'buy' after reading what happened if the color didn't work. Free returns for a first order meant I didn't have to get everything perfect on the screen.

The delivery box had a dent, so I was nervous opening it. Thankfully the rug itself was wrapped securely and didn't have a mark on it.

I checked the corners and backing before putting the rug down because I've had damaged shipments before. Everything on this one was intact.
