I compared the rug to the product photo under three different lights, daytime window, overhead LED, and the lamp in the corner. The indigo stayed indigo and the ivory stayed ivory in all three. Even the small red accent in the border was the same tone. No color drift at all.

Two other sites had washable runners in my color but the wrong length, or the right length in a color I hated. This store had the exact combination, and it washes up fine after a month on the floor.

The two I ordered earlier came in the color shown and the size listed, so number three was an easy call.

After a different rug store left my email unanswered for two weeks, I was braced for the same here. Didn't happen. Within a day, a rep wrote back, name at the bottom, and actually addressed what I'd asked.

This makes three orders, and I've noticed the consistency: same accurate sizing, same color match, same tight weave on every rug. Hard to complain when every one lands the way the first did.

I only contacted them once, about the delivery timing. The response came promptly and answered what I actually asked.

I hadn't planned to buy another Moroccan-patterned rug, but the old one was threadbare. The charcoal shag I chose has a fuller pile and doesn't make the room feel too dark.
