Modern Striated Linear Stripe Grey Area Rug & Runner – H0401 Grey

Customer service is usually where online stores fall apart, so I tested it before ordering. Sent a question about where the rug was made on a Wednesday around lunch. By the time I'd finished eating there was an answer sitting in my inbox, written like a person, not a bot. That alone moved me from browsing to buying.

First was a runner for the kitchen, then a big one for the living room, and this week number three arrived for the guest bedroom. All three have been solid. At this point I don't bother looking anywhere else.

This rug is a great combination of good quality and fair pricing. It looks beautiful in person, soft, feels nice underfoot, and gives the room a more polished look. I would definitely recommend it.

Buying a rug shouldn't be complicated. This wasn't: I chose a pattern, paid a fair amount, and had it in the room a few days later.
