Beautiful Rug. We ordered 8' x 10' and a runner got them in 3 days. Quality is very good.

Never heard of the site before and figured it wouldn't be worth the bother. It was. Dozens of patterns to look through, a price that undercut everywhere else I'd checked, checkout that took one screen, and the rug on my doorstep in four days.

My mother-in-law doesn't do websites, so I called on her behalf with a list of her requirements: low pile, no fringe, something in rust. The woman who answered walked me through three options and we landed on one. Then I asked if there was any way to pay without reading my card number aloud in a coffee shop, and she said Venmo works. Done before my latte cooled.

First order with this store. I'm fussy about color, and rugs photograph differently from how they look in a north-facing room. Knowing a return or an exchange wouldn't cost me anything was what tipped me into trying.

As someone ordering from here for the first time, I read the return policy before anything else. Free returns, free exchanges. That was enough to make me comfortable buying sight unseen.

It gets used mostly on the balcony, where there's sun in the afternoon and a little wind. So far the outdoor rug has been exactly what we needed.

I had a bad return experience with another seller years ago. Here, as a first-time buyer, seeing the free return and exchange promise was the deciding detail.

Unfortunately our rug wasn't in perfect condition when it got here. The store responded and arranged a straightforward return, which I appreciated.
