Argon 896 Area Rug Beige/Grey

So this is going to sound strange, but we lean framed art against the wall in our studio and the frames kept creeping across the polished concrete. I emailed asking for a runner that would hold them in place and expected a confused reply. Instead the person who wrote back understood exactly what I meant and suggested a runner with enough grip to solve it.

I didn't trust the preview tool at first. Figured it would be gimmicky. But I pointed my phone at the kitchen floor, loaded the photo, and the round jute rug appeared under the island at roughly the right scale. That one feature settled the whole purchase.

Asked a question, got a quick and simple answer, bought the rug. That's really the whole story with their support.

The hallway runner arrived the same week we ordered it, tightly rolled in protective plastic. I expected to spend an evening flattening corners because that's happened before. We unrolled it, moved the shoe rack back, and were finished.
